Wellington City Council selects Precinct Properties for Civic Square's redevelopment with a five-star green building.

Wellington City Council has chosen Precinct Properties to develop Civic Square's Civic Administration and Municipal Office buildings sites. The new five-star green building will replace them, offering retail, hospitality, co-working, and office spaces, alongside civic and cultural areas. The project aims to revitalize the area and provide front-of-house functions for the nearby Town Hall.
