Vistara CEO Vinod Kannan claims flight disruptions due to pilot shortages have stabilized, and the worst is behind them. Amidst these challenges, Air India is reportedly planning to send some narrow-body pilots, trained for A320 family planes, to Vistara on a temporary deputation basis, pending necessary regulatory approvals. Around 24 pilots from Air India are already on deputation to operate Vistara's wide-body Boeing 787 planes.
