Vietnam orders Netflix to stop advertising and distributing games by April 25 due to lack of license.
Vietnam's broadcasting authority, ABEI, has ordered Netflix to stop advertising and distributing its games in the country by April 25th, as the platform lacks a license for game services. This decision follows the streaming giant's expansion into the gaming market, which started with the launch of mobile games in November 2021. Netflix has not yet established a physical presence in Vietnam, where it is seeking to open an office.
