Southern China's new energy installed capacity surpasses coal-fired power for the first time, reaching 145 million kilowatts in Guangdong, Yunnan, Guizhou, Hainan, and Guangxi. Wind, solar, and other new energy sources are now the primary electricity providers in these five provinces and regions, accounting for approximately one-third of actual electricity consumption.
