Ovation Science Inc. has signed an exclusive licensing agreement for its topical and transdermal cannabis products with Ripco Processing Inc. for the Canadian market. Ripco, a company based in Calgary, Alberta, will be responsible for regulatory, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and distribution activities for Ovation's products in Ontario, Alberta, BC, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Ovation will receive a double-digit royalty based on sales.
