3 Mexican-inspired restaurants by Chef Carlos Gaytán debut at Downtown Disney in May.

3 new Mexican-inspired restaurants, Paseo, Céntrico, and Tiendita by Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán, are set to debut at Downtown Disney in May. Paseo and Céntrico will share a space, while Tiendita offers quick-service street food. Din Tai Fung, an award-winning Taiwanese restaurant, will also open in summer, and new steakhouse and barbecue eateries are planned for the district.
