Iowa announced the retirement of basketball star Caitlin Clark's jersey number #22, marking the end of an era for the University. Clark, who became the all-time leading scorer in college basketball history (men's and women's), led the Hawkeyes to two consecutive national runner-up finishes in the NCAA Tournament during her time there. She will join Megan Gustafson and Michelle Edwards as the only retired numbers in program history.
