H&E Equipment Services, a US equipment rental company, announced a deal to acquire Lewistown Rental in Montana and three affiliated companies, expanding its operations across 145 locations in 30 states. The transaction, expected to close in the second quarter, includes a diverse fleet of equipment valued at $28.5 million. This follows the recent completion of the Precision Rentals acquisition in January.
