Former congressional candidate Daniel Rodimer, a pro-wrestler, made his first court appearance on charges of murder in connection with the death of 47-year-old Christopher Tapp in Las Vegas. Rodimer's attorney filed a motion to suppress findings from a wiretap, citing marital privileges, and requested prosecutors to provide background information on Tapp's prison records and propensity for violence. The judge scheduled a motion hearing for May 8.
