Federal investigators examine ship's electrical power system in relation to Baltimore bridge crash.
Federal investigators are focusing on the electrical power system of a massive container ship that crashed into Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge, leading to its collapse. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) is gathering data from Hyundai, the manufacturer of equipment in the ship's engine room, to examine the ship's circuit breakers. The investigators believe there is a connection between the lights going out on the ship and the vessel heading off course before the collision.
