Earlham College names Paul Sniegowski, dean of the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania, as its 21st president. Sniegowski, an Indiana University alumnus, will succeed Anne Houtman, who retires after leading the Richmond campus for five years. A strong researcher and advocate for first-generation, low-income students, Sniegowski will start his tenure as president in July.
