A 25-year-old Chelsea, Massachusetts mother, Jennifer Prudencio, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment of a child after her 3-year-old son, Yael Guardado-Prudencio, was found unresponsive in their apartment on Sunday. The child did not survive, and the cause of death has not been released. Prudencio is expected to be arraigned in Chelsea District Court on Wednesday.
