26-year-old Westville man, Grant W. Pate, arrested and charged with 11 counts of possession of child pornography (Class 2 felony) and 11 counts of dissemination of child pornography (Class X felony). Illinois State Police Division of Criminal Investigation Zone 5 executed a residential search warrant at Pate's home after receiving multiple tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Pate was taken into custody and transported to the Vermilion County Jail.
