5-year-old twins found dead in Bronx apartment; mother indicted on murder charges. Gloria Asamoah, 42, has been indicted by a grand jury on two counts of murder for the deaths of her twins. Initially, she told police that her children had been sick at school, but an autopsy revealed they had been smothered. Asamoah is currently in a psychiatric ward and will be taken into police custody once doctors clear her.
