6-year-old Keyjuan Andrewin, born with Hypoplastic Heart Syndrome and having undergone 58 medical procedures, was sworn in as an honorary Lynwood police officer by Mayor Jada D. Curry and Police Chief Gregory Thomas. The ceremony brought joy to Keyjuan and his family, who have faced significant health challenges. The Lynwood Police Department presented Keyjuan with a badge and allowed him to go on patrol with Chief Thomas.
