A Grover Beach man led law enforcement officers on a pursuit in San Luis Obispo County, driving erratically and on the wrong side of the road. The chase, which began in response to a fight in Oceano, ended in a standoff in Santa Barbara County after deputies deployed a spike strip near Guadalupe. The man, 43, was later arrested for reckless driving, failure to yield to law enforcement, and evasion.
