17-year-old fatally shot in Birmingham after store argument, second homicide in three hours.
A teenager was shot and killed in Birmingham after an argument at a convenience store. The incident occurred on April 9, around 8:30 pm, in the 4200 block of Jackson Street. The victim had gone to the store and got into a verbal altercation before attempting to leave. He was shot while driving away and stopped a few blocks away in someone's front yard. This was the second homicide in the city within three hours.
