41-year-old Brad Rowell, a physical education teacher and track coach at American Canyon High School, was arrested on suspicion of inappropriate contact with a minor. Facing three felony charges, Rowell has been placed on administrative leave and is on $100,000 bail at The Napa County Department of Corrections.
