4-year-old boy in Chicago's Humboldt Park critically injured after being shot in the back while in a moving vehicle. The incident occurred on 3300 block of West North Avenue at 3:50 pm. The child was quickly taken to a nearby hospital and later transferred to Stroger Hospital. His condition is now stabilized after surgery. Area Five detectives are investigating the case and further information is being withheld by the police.
