2 women in Pickering, Ontario charged for leaving children unattended in casino parking lot.
Two women in Pickering, Ontario were charged for leaving their three children, aged 10, 9, and 2, unattended in a casino parking lot for over four hours. The children were found by casino security on April 8, playing on the roadway near Church Street. The parents, aged 39 and 41, were charged under the Child Youth and Family Services Act, and the Children's Aid Society has launched an investigation.
