Maison Solutions acquires Lee Lee International Supermarkets in Arizona for $22.2m, doubling its size.

Maison Solutions Inc., a US-based specialty grocery retailer, announced the acquisition of Lee Lee International Supermarkets, a three-store chain in the greater Phoenix and Tucson metro areas, Arizona. The $22.2m deal will be paid over 10 months, with $7.0m paid immediately, and the remaining paid through a secured note agreement. This acquisition expands Maison's presence and doubles its size.
