Kit Harington confirms cancellation of Jon Snow spinoff series at HBO.
Game of Thrones actor Kit Harington has confirmed that a planned Jon Snow spinoff series is no longer in development at HBO. The project was reportedly in development for several years, but the team was unable to find a story they were all excited about enough to pursue. HBO is still developing other Game of Thrones spinoffs, including animated series and prequel series.
