Prosecutors in Kansas have dismissed a felony rape case against former Kansas University basketball player Arterio Morris due to insufficient evidence. Morris was arrested in September on a rape charge following an alleged incident on campus. This is the second legal issue Morris has faced in as many years; he was previously arrested in June 2022 for an alleged altercation with his ex-girlfriend.
