Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) cleared Newcastle MP Tim Crakanthorp of corrupt conduct regarding his family's property interests, but left the door open for Premier Chris Minns to take further action. ICAC's investigation report, which Minns has access to, may be released publicly if deemed appropriate. Crakanthorp was previously removed from the cabinet by Minns over undisclosed family property holdings, which he later self-reported.
