Glasgow-based Briar Homes secures £7.3m funding to create 310 green homes across Scotland. The family-run business is developing eco-friendly homes in 4 locations, aiming to cater to the growing demand for sustainable living spaces. £5m from Bank of Scotland and £2.3m from Housing Growth Partnership will help accelerate construction at 3 sites in Howwood, Wishaw, and Garthamlock, with plans for 4 more sites.
