Former Chongqing vice mayor, Xiong Xue, has been indicted for bribery charges by the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The People's Procuratorate of Zhengzhou filed the case to the intermediate people's court, following investigations by the National Commission of Supervision. Xiong allegedly abused his power to gain illicit benefits for others, accepting large bribes in the form of money and valuables.
