Delhi High Court rejects Kejriwal's appeal against ED arrest for money laundering allegations.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's appeal against his arrest by India's Enforcement Directorate (ED) has been rejected by the Delhi High Court. Kejriwal, who faces money laundering allegations linked to Delhi's excise policy, will now appeal to the Supreme Court. The Delhi High Court said that Kejriwal's arrest was not in contravention of the law, and his subsequent remand in ED custody was not deemed illegal.
