Commerce Commission received an application from Evergreen NZ Holdings seeking approval to acquire 100% of ACM New Zealand Limited's shares, both firms provide cash-in-transit and precious cargo services throughout New Zealand. Evergreen's subsidiary, Armourguard Security, also provides security services. The acquisition would integrate cash-in-transit and security services provided by both companies.
