Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan will conduct a computer-assisted command-staff exercise this year, in accordance with their Bilateral Cooperation Plan for 2024, as announced by Azerbaijan's Ministry of Defense. The first staff talks of the exercise were held, with detailed views exchanged on the purpose, tasks, and final protocol of the command-staff exercise, which was signed during the meeting.
