Port St. Lucie police search for a man who approached a 12-year-old girl, following her into a wooded area and touching her hair in a suspicious incident on March 29. The girl reported the man, described as a tall, slender Hispanic man with black hair, to authorities after fleeing to a friend's home and calling 911. The suspect was riding a bicycle at the time of the incident.
