Decatur man Kevin Dial, 52, was sentenced to 50 years in prison for sexually exploiting minors, receiving child pornography, and possessing child pornography. Dial directed the sexual abuse of three minors, including a 2-year-old, and ordered the abuse to be recorded. A victim's statement detailed the trauma caused by the abuse. The case was described as one of the worst by U.S. District Court Judge Colin S. Bruce.
