47-year-old Cynthia Steele was hit and killed by a train in Tipp City, Ohio on Monday night. Police and medics were called to the CSX railroad crossing Walnut Street at 10:17 p.m. after receiving reports of a person hit by a train. Steele's husband, who was on the scene, told police they had been arguing before the incident and that she had consumed too much alcohol. The train conductor confirmed Steele tried to cross the tracks after the crossing arms were down.
