Washington State's high-capacity magazine ban ruled unconstitutional by Cowlitz County Superior Court, suspended by state's Supreme Court.

Washington State's high-capacity magazine ban, which has been in effect since 2022, was ruled unconstitutional by Cowlitz County Superior Court Judge Gary Bashor. The ban prohibits magazines holding more than 10 rounds and was challenged by Gator's Custom Guns, a Kelso firearms retailer.
