Ur-Energy Inc. appoints John Paul Pressey and Elmer W. Dyke to its Board of Directors, as founding director James M. Franklin and former president/CEO W. William Boberg prepare for retirement. Both new board members have substantial industry experience: Pressey with 30 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and Dyke with 35 years in the nuclear industry. The transition period will run until June 6, 2024.
