flag Tasmania's Civil and Administrative Tribunal orders Mona to allow men in Ladies Lounge exhibit, citing a discriminatory policy.

Tasmania's Civil and Administrative Tribunal has ordered the Museum of Old and New Art (Mona) to allow men into its Ladies Lounge exhibit, after a man successfully claimed its women-only policy was discriminatory. The complainant, NSW man Jason Lau, visited Mona last year, only to find that he was denied entry into the Ladies Lounge. The tribunal ruled that Mona must cease refusing entry to the Ladies Lounge to "persons who do not identify as ladies" within 28 days.
