1,735-person study in the Philippines finds that each pregnancy may increase a woman's biological age by 2-3 months.

New research suggests pregnancy may accelerate biological aging in women, with each pregnancy increasing a female's biological age by around two to three months. The study, involving 1,735 young people in the Philippines, found that women who had been pregnant looked biologically older than those who had never carried a child. The findings are published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
