OECD's Blue Dot Network certifies sustainable infrastructure projects in developing countries.
The OECD hosts the Blue Dot Network (BDN), a global certification framework for quality infrastructure projects, aiming to mobilise investment into sustainable projects. The BDN, an independent entity supported by 9 member countries, will certify projects in emerging and developing countries, focusing on financial transparency, environmental and social sustainability, climate resilience, and inclusion.
