Nordex Group secures 295MW order from EDF Renewables in South Africa for the Korosun 2 cluster, consisting of Umsobomvu and Hartebeesthoek projects. The N163/5.X turbines will have a combined capacity of 295MW and be installed on 118-meter tubular steel towers. EDF Renewables will commission the wind farms in Q1 2026, and Nordex will maintain the turbines for 20 years.
