NCDOT has issued an RFP for businesses to apply for federal NEVI funds to install EV charging stations along NC's interstates/highways. The initiative aims to advance clean energy, create jobs, reduce emissions, and support clean transportation. Businesses have until June 10th to apply for their $109m share of the first phase, with 11 charging stations planned along major routes.
