Los Angeles Angels place right-handers Chase Silseth & Guillo Zuniga on 15-day injured list due to right elbow inflammation (Silseth) & right pectoral strain (Zuniga); Carson Fulmer & Hunter Strickland called up to active roster, replacing Silseth & Zuniga. Infielder Livan Soto & right-hander Zach Plesac designated for assignment to make room for new additions on 40-man roster. José Soriano to replace Silseth in rotation starting Wednesday.
