DWS acquires three solar plants from X-Elio in Spain, expanding its European infrastructure portfolio. The plants, with a total capacity of 147MW, began operations in mid-2023 and supply renewable energy to around 91,800 households annually. This acquisition aligns with DWS's commitment to support the energy transition in Europe, following its recent investment in Germany's Energiepark Lausitz.
