Dixon Technologies shares rise 3% after the firm announces plans to acquire a 56% stake in Ismartu, a manufacturing subsidiary of Chinese phone maker Transsion Holdings. Ismartu manufactures feature and smartphones under the brands Itel, Infinix, and Tecno at its three Noida factories. Dixon Technologies plans to acquire the stake in two tranches, with the first tranche involving a 50.1% stake acquisition.
