GXO Logistics has appointed Corinna Refsgaard as Chief Human Resources Officer, effective immediately. Refsgaard, who previously served as Group Chief People and Culture Officer at ISS, will be responsible for global talent strategy, HR processes, and workforce management at the world's largest pure-play contract logistics provider. She reports to CEO Malcolm Wilson and will be based in London.
