China's anti-dumping probe into EU-imported brandy is not targeting any specific EU member state, according to Chinese Minister of Commerce Wang Wentao. The investigation was initiated at the request of China's domestic brandy industry and will not presuppose any conclusions. Wang added that China will conduct the investigation openly and transparently in line with Chinese law and World Trade Organization rules while fully safeguarding the rights of all stakeholders.
