Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) fines Cannabis Xpress $200,000 for violating anti-inducement laws.

The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) fined cannabis retail chain Cannabis Xpress $200,000 for allegedly engaging in "illegal agreements" and violating provincial anti-inducement laws. The AGCO discovered that the company refused to stock products unless producers agreed to these prohibited inducements and concealed the violations. Cannabis Xpress has the option to appeal within 15 days.
