Firefighters extinguished a two-acre brush fire in Loxahatchee, western Palm Beach County, after nearly four hours of work. The incident occurred around 9pm on Monday, with no reported injuries. A tree limb contacting power lines is suspected as the cause. The fire was in a heavily wooded area, and 16 units from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue were involved, along with assistance from the Sheriff's Office and Division of Forestry.
