39-year-old passenger Summer Le was killed and 60-year-old driver Joseph Davis was arrested for vehicular homicide after a fatal off-road vehicle crash in St. Martin Parish, Louisiana. The accident occurred when Davis, who had a blood alcohol concentration three times the legal limit, struck the UTV from behind, causing its occupants to be ejected. The surviving driver, Ryan Lormand, was hospitalized with moderate injuries.
