30-year-old man chasing loose dogs on Interstate 10 in San Antonio was hit and killed by a passing commercial truck. The man had pulled over on the highway shoulder due to RV issues. As he ran across the road to chase the dogs, he was struck and killed by the truck. The truck driver stopped to help, but the man succumbed to his injuries on site. One dog suffered injuries, while the other was unharmed.
