21-year-old man charged with murder after woman's body found in burned-out car in Scarsdale, Victoria. A 23-year-old Clunes woman's remains were discovered in a vehicle on fire in bushland near State Forest Road. Two Sebastopol men, aged 21 and 22, were arrested in connection with the case. The charged individual will appear at Ballarat Magistrates' Court. The victim and the suspects are believed to be known to each other.
