20-year-old man set to appear in court over arson attack on vacant house in Ballybrack, Dublin, in August. House was previously targeted by protesters over rumors it would house asylum seekers. Suspect charged for August 14 blaze at Shanganagh Road property. Gardaí treated it as a "suspected criminal damage by fire" case. Scheduled to appear in Dún Laoghaire District Court.
